Can't resist playing this hand UTG. In my defense, the postflop play at this table is pretty bad.

Any thoughts on betting the turn? I thought I might be able to take the pot there, and I have some outs to scooping plut lots of low outs (although I never know how much to discount them).

My river bet is small, but it is approximately the size of the remaining players' stacks.

why shouldn't you play that UTG? I would've played it exactly as you did.

Edit: Sorry, didn't read smash's post on position. Didn't realize it was so important in PLO/O8B, although, like he said, you can get away with it when you just start. I'll keep an eye on that the next time i sit down.

Despite the poor position, you still need to play this hand, EVERY time, IMO. 8)

Let me ask this - way you had this hand in the BB, and it was potted pre-flop from someone in EP. Do you fold? What about if it was potted from LP - do you fold?

I am asking these questions, because I want to know the answer, not becuase I know the answer... :?
