We had a Power Outage in L.A.. The Power is slowly comming back now.

It was reported that an electrical worker cut the wrong line and in his haste he tried to reconnect it. When he did this it caused a chain reaction of power surges throughout the grid and just overloaded it altogether. At least it wasn't terrorism.
