My schools computer suck poo and this stupid update thing comes on when I'm not around and restarts the computer so then I have to re downlaod everything and it's annoying. This is what comes up, anyone know how to turn it off?

I don't know how to change it, but I think that's pretty common at college. Ours deleted everything that was downloaded during the day at midnight every night.

it's not the fact that it's deleting it, that damn message pops up every 10 or 15 minutes and if I'm away from the computer and don't click on the restart later option it will automatically restart the computer, it's annoying.

start>settings>control panel

double click "Automatic Updates"

change settings if it lets you.
