Assuming you hold AQ of diamonds, what do you do here (and on the turn, UI)? Also, do you 3bet preflop?

UTG has almost nothing left. Implied odds are basically zero from him.

fold.

I might fold this preflop too, or maybe go all in and try to get the aggressor calling with Ax.

You are just wasting too many tourney chips trying to make good calls with nothing. Even if you are right and he has nothing and bets at you again you are in a horrible spot or he might catch up and hit something on the turn or river.

Great advise for a LIMIT sng. Either way you shouldn't be folding AQs against a lag.

To the OP, Im 3betting preflop, but with the way you played it, Im folding the flop.

I'm definitely 3-betting preflop. And I'm definitely seeing the turn. Getting 4.25:1 immediate (pot is actually 6.5 SB on the flop). I think it's an easy call, even though we aren't closing the action. Raising might be better.

Agree on both counts. As are mostl likely outs as well, just because Ks flop doesnt mean youre facing a set. The only disaster scenario is he raised with AK and given the wide range of hands a lag could be on, you cant worry about that too much. Hit the A and I wouldnt be jamming to protect against it, but hit the flush and you have to go for it.
