Tons of weekend HE games in the Highland Park area...

I would love to one day have the BR to play in the FW games, but those guys play for blood! I'm talking No Limit, baby!

Just moved back to DFW too. Shoot, if you can find one let me know. I've been driving up to Winstar on the weekends and with gas right now I'd rather keep it in state.

There is a great poker room in Abilene (if you care to drive that far) that runs daily tourneys from $20 to $100 and they also have 1/2 and sometimes 2/4 NL games. On weekends you may find a 5/10 or even 10/20 stud or Omaha H/L game if the interest is there. I play there for the tourneys because even though the structure isn't that great (1500 chips, 15 minute rounds, blinds start at 25/50 and follow standard step progression) the field is full of a lot of donks who will treat it like a cash game and just call off their money. The Friday night $20 R&A is a GREAT tourney to make significant $$$ in as 1st typically pays $800-1300.
