I have the number 1 pick in fantasy football draft. What should I do. Trade, keep it, pick a QB, running back...any suggestions to NFL fans out there?

Need more info! How many pts for passing TD's...3 or 6?
If passing TD's are 6, then take Peyton Manning first.
If they are 3 pts and rushing/receiving are worth 6pts, then draft Ladanian Tomlinson.

Good Luck!

Take Ladanian Tomlinson. He's a RB and WR. He will get you a ton of points.

My Team Rocks this year:

QB - Peyton Manning
RB - Ahman Green
RB - Curtis Martin
WR - Marvin Harrison
WR - Reggie Wayne
TE - Algae Crumpler
D - Carolina
K - Adam Vinatieri

Reserves:

RB - Tatum Bell
WR - Eric Moulds
QB - Jake Delhomme
TE - L.J. Smith
D - Chicago
K - Ryan Longwell

One guy has threatened to punch me if I don't win the league.

Everything that I bolded is a dud.

Not to mention, both of your WR's are from the same team. Thus, same bye week.

Try again.

Carolina's D is a Dud?

You make me question your knowledge.

I'm telling you, in fantasy land 2005, Carolina's D is a dud.

Hey. Custom. Pick 3 running backs. I'll take Tatum Bell's stats times 3.... Wanna guess who has a better year?

Nice draft, Hootch. Trust me. Bell's gonna be your best player once you put Martin on the bench.

Tatum Bell is the backup to Mike Anderson this year. For the time being.

Here's my team in my money league. I had 1st pick overall. I may regret taking Manning with it because by the the time Round 2 came around to me the RB's were almost depleted, and then in Round 4 the WR were weak. We draft individual defense players in our league as well.

QB- Peyton Manning
RB- Ahman Green, Clinton Portis
WR- Roy Williams, Nate Burleson, Deion Branch
TE- Alge Crumpler
K- David Akers
Team D- Washington
Ind. D- Ray Lewis, Brian Urlacher, Rodney Harrison, Demarcus Ware, Marcus Trufant, Lavar Arrington, Antonio Pierce

Reserves- TJ Houshmanzadeh, Keary Colbert, Carnell Williams, Ronnie Brown, Braylon Edwards

I'm not thrilled with this team.

Nate Burleson

Hes gonna have a great year. And so will Deion Branch.

Here is one of my teams:

QB- Matt Hasselback
RB- Edge James, Deuce McCallister, Duce Staley, Jerome Bettis
WR- Joe Horn, Donald Driver, Jimmie Smith, Deion Branch, Greg Lewis
TE- Tony Gonzalez
K- David Akers
D- NY Jets

I also have a trade almost completed where I sent Horn and the Jests D to get Stephen Jackson and Baltimore D. Then I can shop around for another solid WR and have alot of trade bait.

Thank you.

Nobody knows who's going to be starting in Denver. Nobody ever knows until week 6.

Yeah, you should've taken LT first.

The rest of your team looks pretty good. Ind. D looks really good.

We upped out league to a 12 man league so I forced to think more than usual it's just freebie yahoo league with enormous side wagering...
QB's- Palmer, K. Warner, Garcia (hoping that Harrington...well plays like Harrington)
RB's-J. Lewis, Z. Crockett, M. Anderson (1st score off the waiver wire), C. Benson
WR's-R. Moss, B. Stokley, Boldin, R. Curry, K. McCardell, R. Gardener
TE's- J. Whitten
K' J. Elam
D's Buffalo, Washington

I'm a couple drug suspensions/ injuries away from a very ordinary team.

Agreed. LT should always be the first pick taken.

Yeah, you should've taken LT first.

I know, I know. I made the cardinal sin in fantasy drafting. I picked with my heart instead of my head.

Being a Canadian, I never grew up watching football, and I didn't get into it until I was old enough to bet on it. That was the year Manning was drafted, and since he went #1, I latched onto the Colts as the team to root for.

Side note: I'm glad the Colts selected Manning in 1998 and not Ryan Leaf.
