I just had KK72, I folded it from first position... good fold?

I would ask whether you are referring to hi or hi/lo, but in general the answer is fold for both.

sorry, PLO, just learning the game.

AAKK double suited is BARELY playable UTG in PLO. Barely.

I'm not joking. Position is far more important in PLO than almost any other game. If you're going to play from UTG *at all* you should be looking to get the money in preflop with a strong hand by limp-reraising big hands.

Good luck.

Thanks, I know I have alot to learn, I just decided to play a PLO tourney last night for fun and to try to learn. There are alot of nuances that I think I need to learn. Ended up getting busted when I got all my money in preflop with AAKQ and the AQ suited. Lost to a fool who had JJ82 and caught trip dueces.
