Allright I am CO and Dealt 44
Preflop I call, there are 6 to the flop.
Flop is 5 6 Q
It is checked around and I check w/ Button still to act behind me. I'm not betting here because well.. it won't slim the field and I want someone to bet a safe turn so I can raise them.
The turn is more than safe, it helps.
Turn is 3
Checked to MP+2, no one inbetween us and he bets out. He is an aggresive player, but not a smart aggresive. He also has something against me, I guess he hates that I raise a lot? Anyways he's really trying to get under my skin.
I raise him to Isolate and I do just that everyone folds to him. He groans and says ofcourse when I raise, but this is normal for him, he's pretty tipsy and not happy w/ me right now.
River is a J
He bets and I folded.

do you think that he'd fold to a river raise, or that he ight be betting with Ace high

ummm.... given your reads. Exactly the same thing. Looks about as standard as can be, IMHO.
Where's the concern?

I guess to add to this earlier he had shown down some pretty crazy bluffs and he did lead the river w/ these bluffs.
He will call a raise, or re-raise if he's got AJ or AQ because well, he hates me and always tries to raise me.

I don't understand the turn raise. Not saying it's wrong, I just don't get it.
Why do you want to isolate with a good draw but almost certainly second best hand, especially when the overcalls fatten the pot to give you better odds to draw?

Pot is too small to make a play here IMHO.
Unless you think he is really bluffing into the turn raiser 1 in 8 times with Ace high?
If there were 10BB in the pot, I'd call. I think you want to pick a better spot.

Jeff:
I think the raise is standard for a shot at a free showdown. It also may cause some slightly better hands to fold on occasion (hands like A-5 or maybe A-6), and therefore it gives us a better chance of winning the pot.
Also, this play generally saves us a bet on the river when we don't improve, and earns us an extra bet when we hit.
