Villain had LAGish stats, 47/17/13, but after only 10 hands, so I didn't have a great read on him.

I was also talking on the phone, so I'd be surprised if I played this hand better than the proverbial "monkey flinging feces at a mouse."

If you were going for wa/wb shouldn't you be folding to the river raise?
I would probably call this down, seeing as a lot of lag players will raise this flop with a smaller pocket pair.
Smasharoo
Three-bet the flop, lead the turn, fold to a turn raise.

Good luck.

I would 3-bet the flop here. If I am capped, then I check/fold the turn unless I hit my 10. If he calls, I lead the turn and probably call down if he raises.

bet/call check/call check/call.

You did good until the river.
