I fold this flop.

I think I like the flop call, actually, closing the action - you're 8.4-1 to catch a 9 or 8 on the turn, and I think you'll make a profit (on average) from implied odds on the turn and river when you do catch.

If you had a different 8 than the 8c in you're hand, though, I would fold.

Yeah, I"m not overly fond of the turn raise either.

Making this call consistently is going to cost you a lot of money long term. This flop call is a recipie for making a second best hand.

I think you may be overestimating how often your outs are clean here.

Tough board, tons of redraws, nothing invested, oop.

Kind of off the subject, but this is something I've been wondering for a while. Is it ever OK to try and draw to 2 pair or trips when the pot odds are 10-1 or better?

check.fold the flop...your clean outs are probably smaller than you think with that many limpers. Bad position plus very few clean outs = -EV IMO 8)

if this flop wasn't so coordinated I'd call, but I think you need a bigger pot to justify this call
