I have a huge deadline coming up in the next week where i have to show at least 20 more pages than i have right now. does anyone have any tips for fighting writer's block? i am really desperate right now

The only thing that ever worked for me in college was to just force myself to sit and write. Avoid all distractions and just pound something out, even if it sucks. You can always go back and revise.

I change my schedule so I am up till dawn. I find the late late night brings ideas from nowhere. fwiw...

p.s. I retract all my adderol comments from prior post. I do this because my experiences are with Ritalin and not Adderol. I may be making assumptions about Adderol from my extensive use of Ritalin. I still stand by my Ritalin is evil commets though. But if adderol is good I dont know and proably will never find out...I just wanted to sat that.

This is usually my strategy as well. If that doesn't work, I'll type up someone else's article verbatim just to get me going, and then switch to my own paper. Sometimes it helps to start out with someone else's words, and then just change them later.
