Also, since the it was the SB who bet the turn, there's a greater chance he was slowplaying the flop.

This hand isn't worth raising here for a free showdown? It seems to me that if we are ahead, our hand is vulnerable enough that it's not bad if we fold out the opponents (even if they may have bet the river with worse hands). And if we have to fold to a raise, we know we only had at best 5 outs...
By raising we expose ourself to a 3-bet. If we fold here (which I think we should) we are occassionally being pushed off the hand by a weaker ten or a complete bluff. This does not happen very ofter, but it really sucks when it does. By simply calling we ensure that we get to a showdown. If we are ahead, our opponent only has 0-6 outs to catch up. Also, as DN posted in a one a day thread, calling here allows us a chance to hit one of our outs if we're behind.
The only reason to raise here would be to protect our pair of tens. We can't really do that here because we are only against two opponents, one of which is probably going to call our raise for only 1 more bet. Also, with only one more card to come, our hand is not a vulnerable as it would be on the flop.
