There isn't a site out there that can't be tracked. There is no software that's safe to use and guarantee the RIAA, MPAA or whatever other organization is out there can't track you.
I have first hand experience dealing with a few of these agencies (I am a network analyst for a large ISP) and just because you have not been caught, does not mean you are smarter than they are. They are fully aware of every software program mentioned in this thread plus hundreds of others. Bit Torrent is just the hot topic at the moment, and is drawing a lot of heat from these agencies.
