7 Card Stud High ($2/$4), Ante $0.25, Bring-In $1 (hand converter)

Seat 3 is a decent player, but a little loose on 3rd.
Seat 2 is somewhat donkish, but not horribly.
Good bet/fold?

yeah, I'd fold there given the read too, I can't see too many players CRing 5th w/o at least a pair of aces there

I think you played this hand fine. If the check-raiser was loose on third, he would very well start with a 4AJ or 4AK, and even more likely is a weak three-straight like 4A3 or 4A5. Either way, he paired his ace and you aren't in awesome shape, especially when you will probably not get too much dead money in from seat 2.

I agree on the fold. If one of my Ks wasn't dead, I might consider a call or maybe even a reraise (remember the A is also a scarecard for the two hands showing a K). However, here I'd say it's a fold.

Good read - A34 w/ two spades.

(I wasn't surprised to see the semi-donk win with a flush - I was surprised to see it wasn't a club flush - He had AhQh in the hole, obviously didn't believe the c/r, called down and hit runner-runner.)
