with the donks that play these things in the early stages there are many diff ways you can play it.

1- move in...seriously.
2- min raise
3- smooth call
4- raise to $300

granted you have no read, but i'd lay 3.5:1 that this guy is a noob and has no idea what he is doing.

How do you play a flush card river..if someone pushes?

The opponents might have no clues he made a bad turn call...so do you have to give him credit for the flush?
