I know all about depositing into neteller. Withdrawals? Like that ever happens.
Seriously you need a bank account.

i just got my funds into neteller, finaly. it took about a week and a half for the whole process of verifications and all. as far as withdrawals, i will have to win something first and then i will worry about that aspect.
good luck

The only thing about the ATM card is the fees. Neteller charges 2.9% or minimum 2.00 (however, my most recent wd for 200 only charged me the min. 2 bucks instead of the expected 5.80) plus the ATM machine fee of another 2 or so. Otherwise, it is a quick transaction of about an hour from the poker site to your pocket as there is a period of time for Neteller to transfer from your Neteller account to your ATM card. They say an hour but not sure it actually takes that long but even if it did, that is still the quickest method I've found.

i hate neteller. they're completely unreliable and they have terrible customer service. withdrawals from neteller to your bank are supposed to take "1-2 business days" but they generally take 3-4, sometimes longer. and every time i've ever had the misfortune of speaking to them on the phone they've been completely rude and unhelpful.
that said, i still use them.

I only just started using them, so I haven't cashed out to my bank account yet (just transferred money between different poker sites). But I believe you will need to get a bank account to withdraw your money into if you want to avoid any kind of fee (ie their ATM card).

UltimateBet is very fast with withdrawals. Once you request a withdrawal to Neteller, UB will process your request and you will usually see the funds in your Neteller account within 24 hours.
Once the funds are in your Neteller account, you can deposit them to the bank account you have on record for your Neteller account. In addition, you can request the Neteller ATM card and withdraw the funds from your Neteller account at an ATM machine like the others have said.
I'm not sure if you can withdraw to credit cards.

I've read a couple posts about Netteller and I signed up for account. (haven't made a deposit yet) I had a couple questions tho.
1. I read that they take $3 for every $50 you deposit. Is that true?
2. I think I read a post that said they charge a finance fee just for having your money in Netteller?
3. Basically, are there any other charges that I wouldn't know about.
I only made one deposit with my credit card directly to a site. I'm cashing out and just putting it in nettler because i want to change sites.

Neteller is decent if you're not looking for instant withdrawals/deposits. You only have to pay percentage fees if you use such features like "instacash" where the money is instantly deposited/withdrawn. The fees are outrageously high, but that's the price you pay if you want the money in or out in a flash.
It really doesn't take long to do it the normal "fee free" way, but you want to try and do it on a monday or tuesday. Since the weekends aren't business days, and doing a transaction on friday doesn'y mean it will be finished on monday, it means the weekend doesn't count towards those transaction days at all.
I'm pretty sure they don't charge you a fee just to hold money in the account. Though I never leave money in my neteller account so I wouldn't really know. They also give you some sort of points that you can use to enter into a weekly drawing to win money... but I think it's a waste since you'd have to be making thousands of dollars of transactions in order to get enough points to have a decent chance of winning, and if you're dealing with that much money, the prize isn't that big a deal anyway.

I've never had any problems with neteller. They have 24 hour online chat support and I have never been on hold for more than a minute or 2 when I have called their call center. As far as cash outs go all have my cash outs from neteller have posted to my bank account the next business day. Neteller is the way to go.
