I'm new to slowplaying ;-) , as in, I almost never, ever do it. So a rare situation occurred where I think I ran into the right spot to slowplay. Agree?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (5 handed) converter

Button ($68.10)
SB ($100.25)
BB ($20)
Hero ($264.60)
MP ($78.85)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with [Qc], [Qh].
Hero raises to $4, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($12.50) [Qd], [Ac], [8h] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $7, Hero calls $9, Button calls $2.

Turn: ($60.50) [2h] (3 players)
Hero checks, Button bets $10, Button folds.

River: ($120.50) [6s] (2 players)

Final Pot: $120.50

edit: bb was all in on flop if its not apparent.

Where is the BB action on the Turn?

Sorry saw your edit, I think you played it fine.

Interesting slow playing a set like that laugh.gif
Considering I did it in my strategy post.

Your slowplay is great and u have a monster.

Question to you is do u think Button had a strong A or 2 pair?

If so I think raising to 50 was a little rich for even AK to call. Maybe raise to $30 or so. If you get a call lead out 50 on river.

Just my opinion.

I think he had a strong ace, but I also usually speed up too much when a flush draw hits, in case hes holding top pair and now flush draw.

I like your line though, raise to 50 on turn was a little too much.

And its not like your slow play ;-) , mine was essentially head up on a non scary flop, but you know that
