With three people in the hand, it's very unlikely that he's bluffing. What does he put the other caller on? There's no way you can bluff in that spot. And there's certainly no way you can call either.

If the SB is good, is there a reason he's not betting the flop if he has a flush draw? Or are you putting him on an ace and playing into your aggression?

They weren't calling you all the way to the river hoping a flush card came so they can put a bluff in. You were probably beat from the flop on, and the river only made it easier for you to save a BB. 8)
