Here's an observation. I was listening to that rap song by title of "Get Low," and there's this one lyric in it that goes as follows "Bend over to the front, touch your toes, bob that ass up and down and get low." Which I agree, is very, very sexy indeed, but good lord, that seems like a lot of work to do for the young ladies.

I mean bending over and touching your toes is strenuous activity enough, but to then be asked to bob one's ass up and down (not to mention getting low), I think we're bordering on a workout with that. Should a woman really have to lose calories in the process of turning men on?

Don't most women in rap videos have huge asses anyways? Not like Jennifer Lopez's who's ass is big yet no flabby and is all cottage chessey. They should work there asses off.

Man, to follow the exact instructions at that pace is really hard. I mean I can reach 24cm past my toes, but to bounce my ass up and down (like the video) WHILE doing it, and then immeadiately getting low, least burning 10 calories there.

That song will forever remind me of being wasted in bars in downtown Athens (GA).
