yes. there probably won't be a low (you have a weak low draw anyway) so you're playing for half the pot and you won't have the nuts even if you make your hand (which you won't about 64% of the time). only draw to the nuts.

I understand the hand isn't real strong. I limped in this passive game with one suited to hit the nut flush and a long shot low draw. I don't know if that's smart at a higher limit.

This is a very playable hand, in fact I will raise it half of the time at the CO position. You've got Ace, two prime cards, nut flush potential, good straights potential...

I got carried away with my 8) 's. It was supposed to be a :wink: .

I don't recommend raising it after two limpers though. 8)

I like this hand pre-flop, specially on the button.

In relation to your other question, I would stick around with 223, 233 or any paired board that hits your hand for a boat - although I would probably be raising / reraising with these on the flop
