i think i agree, but why 3-bet?

This is an A way more than it's a flush, also you have lots of outs on the end and are in position if you complete.

I like the 3 bet here as well, as they'd make the same play with 2 pair or even AK, AQ. If capped, call down the river.

I know how it feels, you get gunshy when your running bad, because you kind of expect to be beat, but you gotta play it the same way if your up 200 BB or down 200 BB.

passive-tilt is a bitch. i don't blame you, chris, just letting you know (if you didn't already) that calling the turn was too passive.

if it makes you feel better (i don't know why it would, haha), i'm just entering a -150 BB downswing right now. let's hope it doesn't reach -200 BB tonight...
