Hello, how does a regular schedule look like at the bigger tournaments? (3-5 day tourneys)

What I mean are: what time does the tournament usually start and stop each day, how often and how big breaks etc.

Mayby this is easier to answer: how many hours per day does the typical 3-5 day tourney go on?

I'm guessing from 8-12 hours with breaks.

Yeah, that was what I guessed. Like a workday or little more.

You're looking at 12 hour days... everyday, Hope you know how to stay alert for 12 hours... the last 3 hours are where you should play pretty tight, because a lot of people seem to REALLY Open up there play out of shere boredom, I'd bring an iPod or something if I were you.

Yes I guess you really have to be alert, bring fruit, fluids and maybe a sandwitch or two. That's really an endurance contest :-)
