Local NL game. Most of the players are junk. ( I was just having some fun.)

Quick question -
I'm sitting in chip lead, and in BB, blinds are low. I get A,9 suited. 2 limpers, then a raise, and the button calls, i call. and the limpers fold.

Flop comes 4, 6, 9 rainbow. I bet min. Original raiser only calls, and button raises,
Button player is trash, and I know he has junk, but why did the original raiser only call.
So i re-raise, and original raiser folds. Back on the button, and he has about 1/4 of my stack.

He comes over the top and pushes all in. I'm pretty sure i have him beat, He's the type of player who thinks "all-in" is how u play the game, and wit hthis board and his pre-flop call, i cant put him on 2 pair. A set?.. maybe, but not likely as this player tends to raise pre flop with any pocket pair.

So i decide to call, with TPTk, and of course, he has nothing but a gut shot.

Turn , and river bring runner runner straight for him. So he doubles up.

My question is this. When you know you have someone beat, do you
A: try to push them around the entire hand,
B: Let them bet for you, and wait until the river to make your move if the baord still remains in your favour.
C: Just come over the top and take the hand down right then and there.
idiotbocs
punish them.

I like the way you played this (weak lead on the flop), although I think I might've checked it. They're going to make terrible plays; let them. I think trapping is certainly the best way to go after the most lifeless of the dead money.

But having said that, you don't want to get too cute. Once it's clear they're not going away you must punish them indeed. You will get paid.
