Does anyone know if there are satallites for the Friday 5PM $1k buy in at Bellagio in Vegas? And any idea of how many people play?

Yes there are satellites. I don't know the details though.

Satellites start around 1 or 2PM and end shortly after. Buyin for the satellite is $220 with the top two getting a seat.

There is an avgerage of 100 players that play the $1k event. Usually half tourist and half local pros. Top 9 pays with 1st place usually getting 40k plus.
