Munky, if you did get it through the Doylesroom promo, how long ago did you earn it? Because i earned mine about a month ago and still haven't recieved it. But i'll be excited as usual to check the mail tonight.

LuckyDevil, it took them like 2.5 weeks to get mine, I cracked 10,000 on a saturday, which built in some lead time because they send a list of addresses to the publisher on Fridays (established through lots of emails that got spotty, unclear responses from them).

Then there's some more time, like a week and a half for processing and shipping after that.
