With 2 aces on board I put out a feeler bet on the flop, and it turned into the nut full house. I think the raise on the river was a bit much... I'm still learning - thoughts? Also note this was the first hand at the table...

Your converter use was strange.

One card in the deck beats you. Not much to say about that.

Don't like the river bet (too large). Pot sized and go from there.

And I forgot to mention - don't play micro limits NL. lol

Duh...

I tend to think the river bet was too large also. Not sure what you could have done differently though. Are you going to fold if MP1 pushes over the top?

Me neither.

I know the bet was large yeah, that's what I don't like too. It is pretty rough to tell he's got the last ace from what happened below, he could have had a ten, QQ, or QK etc..

I'm playing 1c 2c no limit and just starting 2c/4c limit since my BR is small.. I started with $50 US on stars, and i'm trying to play within it. Most of the people I know buy like $30-100 on stars and play like $1/2 NL or $10 S&g's and stuff and lose it all really quick, which is what I'm trying to avoid.

Anyway that's off topic from the hand ...

Any particular reason you decided to limp in pre-flop with kings? That's generally not a good idea.
BeanGW
Raise preflop. Just bet $1 on the river. You're gonna call if raised too.

Good bankroll management BTW. Not enough guys are smart enough to care about that.

First hand at the table and I'd posted BB out of position to play. Should have raised there, but I re-raised after the AJ raise anyway...

Thanks on the BR management...

You didn't move in pre-flop.

Fool.

If you'd raised instead of checking and I were MP1, I would've folded pre-flop. Granted, I'm not sure that your opponent would've done that...or if you really would've wanted your opponent to do that (based on the results of this particular hand, probably...but in the long run, no).

why are you posting UTG+1?

nothing eddie posts ever makes sense, he should only be allowed to post in the general and bad beats section or we should at least have an "ignore poster" option
