I think you did everything right both hands.

Hand 1: Three bet the flop. Why did you cap the turn and call a single at the end? That one sucks as you've got the lowest of the boats.

Hand 2: Crying call here. The 8 probably screwed you, but donks will bet out naked aces with a two pair board enough to justify a call.

Don't want to rain on your parade, but it is hard to play flopped boats poorly. You can't do badly by betting. Sometimes you can just call a bet in front of you if there are enough people behind you who love to call to the river but fold to a raise.

Capped the turn on the first one because I was pretty sure that no one had the boat. However, AQ seemed a likely enough hand, thus calling the single on the end. Turns out BB had QQ to take down the pot.

As for the second, the MP1 donk bet out at the river with 66. MP2 raised him with KQ.

And yeah, I'm sorry for posting what are essentially bad beats. However, I was curious if I should've bet pre-flop, whether I should've 3-bet the flop on the first one, and whether I should've waited until the turn to check-raise the second hand.

Getting 3 to 1 you have to raise the river there. Have to.

I could see just calling a three-bet, but not raising there is bad bad bad. It's not heads up. You only have to be good 1/3 of the time or whatever getting that much action.
