I'm calling the raise on the river. I think a 3-bet is just chip-spewing. You don't even have the nut straight anymore.

Flush, AQ, and Q9 all suck out there.

Unless CO is totally insane, he's got to have one of the three to raise with three other players still in the pot.

Yeah, I had a thought during the hand a call was best. But he upset me by catching runner runner, so I threw in more chips :-(


Edit: This is always my downfall in limit. Damn frustrating game :-)

It sucks to slow down when you flop the nuts, but sometimes you have to eventually.

It gets easier if you mix in some Omaha once in a while.

Agree.... unless I have a solid read. What is he raising with here that you have beat? Just a set, or KJ, and he's probobly raising at least raising JJ preflop.

Its best to just call, getting capped sucks, unless you're ahead.

Exactly. The only raising hand the OP beats is a horribly played set.
