random odd question: when referring to books everyone points to SSHE. I had assumed this meant Super Systems the Hold Em section, then I realized that it could be Small Stakes Hold Em. I haven't read either (well, bits and pieces of Small Stakes) but from what I understand they have to say most of the help in this forum could come from either. Just wondering which book y'all are usually referring to.

appreciate it. Have any of you read Killer Poker by John Vorhaus? Most of it doesn't translate really well to online hold em but he has some good theories about playing AK and small pockets, plus some really good advice for poker in general.
