Alright well i just started playing limit hold em seriously (online) and i have a question about pot odds. If you call in late position with some sort of suited connecter like 8-9, 7-8, and some one after you raises, saying that there are a good amount of callers would you be getting correct pot odds to call the raise here?

Thank you for your time.

if you limp in and don't call if it's 1 more bet when the action is on you, you are a donk, that is all.

With suited connectors, the implied odds is what makes them worth playing. So, if after the raise, you had a bunch of callers in, then a call would be the right play to see the flop.

The good thing about suited connectors is that if the flop misses you, then you can just fold limiting your loss.

EDIT: missed the fact that this was for limit. For limit, of course you call the one extra bet regardless of # of callers.

You're getting better odds on the raise than you were when you limped....?
