so im currently playing in a 64+6 single table qualifier to the ! mil guaranteed, after winning the first step. There is a guy to my right named "Riapeno"...... long story short, i have a good chip lead when i get the lovely rockets in the hole, in the BB. folds all around to "Riapeno" who pushes all in (about 600 or so), I quickly call.

his A3 vs my AA..........i take it, and eliminate him.

a few moments later a guy (who earlier called this guy his hero, but wouldn't say who it was out of respect apparently) says:

"do you know who you just knocked out?"

me: who?

him: phil ivey.

me: no way

him: no joke. my friend got his screenname at a tourny in AC....




Anyone ever heard of this guy? is it Ivey? that would be neat I guess.

also, im still chip leader in said qualifier as of this post, so come cheer on me, "PokerDroz".

i ended up taking second after coinflip city heads up. just missing a spot in the $1 Mil tourny. Seeing as I was a kicker away at one point, Im gonna go for it again.
