Really long but a good read, especially the Xmas poem. A guy and his wife spent years there and this is an account of there time there and what's like to live there.

My dad used to work in Saudi back in the 80's. I didn't get an opportunity to go, but my sister did. She went to a souk one day and had some small rocks thrown at her because a glimpse of ankle could be seen. How quaint is that?
