I might be in, but first I need to know how a draft works. Like, how do you get your pick? I'm guessing it's possible that you pay $20 and get stuck with a team that clearly sucks from their profile.

Draft order would be picked from a random number generator. People pick based on whoever you want from who is left. So if the random number gave you #11 you would have a team that sucks probably. If you get #1 you get whoever you want. Same thing as in the survivor thread.

You never know even a team that looks like they should suck can surprise you. In Survivor the person with the #15 pick won last season.
