After the turn I'm a 3 to 1 fav. and he's only getting 5 to 4 on his money after my bet.

Meh, just a bad beat (post flop). I probably would have tried to get everything thing in on the turn by maybe betting more on the flop so I can shove the turn. Either way, I doubt he's folding so it really made no difference.
