UTG was running at 81/0/2 over about 30 hands. CO was running at 28/3 over about the same sample size. Not sure on CO's aggression factor. I was 5-tabling, but hadn't noticed him being extremely aggressive, though.

I hate that bet. We can't just call a .50 bet in a $1.57 pot. The problem is, if we raise, we autofold all hands we beat and we're getting called only by hands that beat us. I think we need to raise and just proceed like no one has a T unless they get pushy.

I call. Then i call any non K/A turn and i prob fold river to a PSB. As said by Desmoines raising pretty much folds out everything we beat.

who gives a flying **** about C/O! seriously UTG is running 81/0/2 over 30 hands. he's playing every single hand for christ sake and he's winning.

I'd raise to 1.50.

If C/O folds (good). I'm expecting UTG to be a call station like his stats suggest.

Then we have position on the donkey and we can proceed with caution as the 10 is a possible card in UTG's extreme wide range, but thats why we're better than everyone at the table, and we know how to think, so we'll play this hand successfully

p.s. If you raise to 1.50 and C/O calls.. Thats V Bad.. I'd click autofold... (unless the turn is a Q)

I was hoping to raise preflop and isolate the fish UTG preflop. I was surprised at CO flatting.

I was a bit lost as what to do on the flop. I feel like UTG can have anything, including a 10, but also a ton of lower pocket pair combos. The pot was so bloated on the the flop, a pot raise would commit me to the hand. The fact that CO was still to act was on my mind, as well. There's a good chance that he whiffed the flop and will just fold out, however I felt like I couldn't flat this donk bet of .50 and allow CO to call behind with QJ or 78 and give him outs, too. There's also a possiblity CO called with A 10 or J 10.

I felt this was a very tricky spot. I kinda like the raise to $1.50. It's not nearly a pot-raise, but should get CO out of the hand. Then we can see how UTG reacts.

you dont need to make a pot raise. raising to 1.50 is perfect, its not yur fault UTG is a moron. You can find out enough info with a raise to 1.50. absolutely no point in raising the pot and feeling committed, esp when you have very little info to go on.

look at the line. you raised pf. UTG leads out, you raise. If C/O sticks around, its cuz he usually has the goods.

which is why you play the next two streets cautiously.
