ok i read this post and was suprised the win % is only 50-58%

how do you make any money at this game?

ive played over 114,000 hands and am down $296

i play .10/.25 and .25/.50 no limit

here are mys PK stats

VPIP 14.70 VPSB 20.2 W$WSF 40.27 WTSD 28.39 W$SD 51.63 PFRaise 3.31

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you're using a tracker it will probably be easier for us to analyse if you take a screenshot of it and post it here. As is you definitely have to be raising a lot more of your hands preflop instead of limping in with them or calling a raise. Given your VPIP of 14%, I'd say a pretty good % to raise would be about 11. This will help you gain the lead on more flops and win more pots. This will hopefully increase your won when saw flop %.

depends if the stats are from full ring or 6max. They are still not that good but I don't know if the recommended %'s are correct for FR

14/11 is basically the standard FR reg stats

your raising frequency is far too low...if you're using HEM, utilize their leakbuster software...if not, download the trial of HEM and use the leakbuster software...its really good stuff, and it'll be a lot easier than having to post all of the stats (filtered, unfiltered, by position, by hands, etc.) on here.
