Anyone else excited to see Iron Man 2?
Everything I've seen about the flick looks pretty good and the cast is loaded with talent. I have yet to see anything reliable about the story so far.
Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury should be pretty intresting

I thought Iron Man was surprisingly awesome, and I generally don't care about comic book related movies. Looking forward to this.
It helps that Robert Downey Jr. is God.

That was a pretty good read, I could see it being accurate as well. I had high hopes for this (still do) but I sense that the CGI could overtake the movie.

me and about 6 of my friends are calling in sick that day and we have all day cruise fest. Start the day off with eating a nice big breakfast. Then hang out at a friends house till the movie. After the movie go back to a friends house hang out smoke cigars and just have a guy day.

sorry it's a hawaii thing. Like you hang out or just chill. has nothing to do with having a tom cruise party.

That makes no sense. I thought that maybe it would have something to do with "cruising", like driving around...or something.
But, since when is skipping work to hang out your buddies considered to be kind of gay?

not hanging out with your buddies isn't gay at all. But the wording I had came out a tad gay. that was what I was saying.

I saw it last night in IMAX. I've only seen it once, but I don't think the extra IMAX fee is worth it.
Things Hollywood think are reasonable, which are impossible in my universe:
Jessica Alba as a nuclear physicist.
Tara Reid as an archeologist.
Jude Law as a medical doctor/surgeon.
and Mickey Rourke as a computer code writing physicist. I don't think Mickey Rourke can even remember how to drive a car.

saw it yesterday. I thought it was good but not as good as the first one. I have to say though that damn scarlett Johansson in this movie is smoking hot. before this I never thought twice about her but the way she looked in the movie gotta see how she looks in another movie.
Also what the hell happened to garry shandling? The man looks like he had more work done to his face than Mickey Rourke.

Mickey Rourke's face looks like a leather purse.

when you call it a "guy day"?
First Iron Man was good but sequels usually blow. Worlds colliding.

Just saw it, and, well, too late. It already passed that point.
It's not terrible, RDJ is still sort of funny, and the special effects are amazing, but that's about it.

Saw it last night, pretty weak sequel IMO. The above is all true but some of the disbelief suspension was just too much
(it's funny how I can handle the idea of building an arc reactor and the original suit in a cave but I can't deal with Howard Hughes + Walt Disney = Howard Stark putting the key for exactly the new element Tony needed to survive into a 50yo model and then Tony figuring it all out in about 12 seconds and building a particle collider in his garage to create it with a laser and a prism...too much).
