I don't understand what he could have. Unless he called my raise with a weak 7.. it's been a fairly aggresive table so he could've called my raise with a weak K7 maybe.

His range is huge with no info about him and how he views you. He could have a small pair and put you on overs. He could have Arag of clubs. He could have and overpair like 88 or 99. He could have A4. He could sense that this is a good board to raise given unless you have an overpair you missed and he can take it away from you.

I dont understand what you are asking. If you called or pushed you made a mistake. If you folded then you played it right.
Sick Boy
He could have pretty much anything.

Why do you get to act after the villain before the BB and UTG+1.

And fold, seriously?? AK on a 774 flop facing a bet and a raise. Keep calling this praying he has nothing and you'll find yourself calling off your whole stack a lot.
Biff Goods
the question is no why he raised....it's why you even called the 150...you have ace high.....

im not calling flop here, im 3-betting or folding that flop with this hand. I prefer folding but reraising and folding to a shove is much better to flatting
wildspoke
If you have no clue where you're at, it's an easy fold. If the villain has K7 then you're in jail.

Why did you call the UTG flop bet? Fit or fold. Fight another day.

I agree, but it's a 9 handed SNG. I'm folding here without a 2nd thought about and moving on to next hand. No big deal. You missed. I never try to make hero type moves early on in SNG. There is just no need.

No, it's a double stack.

I know I should fold.. I just don't think he has anything. I did fold.
donk4life
You have a billion callers PF and then someone donk bets the flop, gets called, and then gets raised big. Why on earth do you think he's bluffing here?
rrumsey
i mean we could be drawing dead to a set here and from the action it kind of looks possible that this is the case

Even if he doesn't have anything at the moment, he likely has a draw. That, coupled with the fact that you have no hand and no draw either, means you are probably not a favorite here.

A set would be a full house at this point.
