Thanks for the props on meeting the chick in the gym and store. I have always had pretty good luck meeting women, I just have never been too nervous to go up to a girl and start a conversation. I usually just try to make eye contact (if they try to make it with you again, you're in), then just go up and introduce myself. Start some small talk and see what kind of vibe I get. This helped my buddies out a lot when I was married, I would just go up to a chick anywhere and start bs'ing with them to try to hook up my friends.

Gym. I used to pretty (OK extremely) fat, but lost almost 100 lbs and have kept it off for over a year. I'm 5'10", 205 lbs. with a 34" waist (need a belt, or a 33) and 54 suit jacket, maybe 10% bodyfat. You can see the outline of my abs, but I'm not all ripped and stuff. I've lifted since high school, even when I was fat. I currently bench around 320 for reps, max of maybe 375? Squats, I workout with around 415, never max out though, bad on my knees (still have screws in their from high school football). I just counted my calories, stayed around 1400 per day and lost 4 pounds per week on average. Now I stick around 2000 per day, and if I see the scale creeping up, I cut back for a bit. Should have done that BEFORE I turned into a lard a$$. I still have 1 cheat meal a week, and I really never get hungry.

Will def. post a trip report in 3 weeks. Just got off the phone with her, still pretty exciting, lol. Don't know if I'll post any pics. Posting a pic of a girl I've yet to meet on a poker forum so a bunch of guys can ogle her is probably not the best way to start off a new relationship. On the other hand, if she's a bi%ch, then I'll post all kinds of good ones.

OK, so Friday I leave to go see her. Everything is still going great, seems to get better and better every day, although now I'm getting nervous as hell and all the little self-doubts and things that I am self-concious about are starting to come to the surface. I just need to relax and just let things happen. She has plans for us to go to dinner with her best friend since the fourth grade and her husband, so she seems pretty comfortable, I guess we'll just go with the flow. I will put up a post on Monday when I get back (or sooner if things go bad!).

OK, I'm back!!!! Had an AMAZING weekend!!! She was actually THINNER than I expected. She was wearing jeans and a sweater when I got there, LONG legs and a great hiney!!!! It was a bit awkward at first, just took about an hour to warm up and realize that it was a real person, not just someone on the phone. After that though, it was super! We went to dinner, just me and her, Friday night, talked, went to her place and watched a movie, held hands, and then onto more things that I won't go into here (and I would normally if I didn't really like her!!!). She had class Saturday, so I drove into my home town (about 45 minutes) and met a buddy for lunch. Came back and we went to dinner with her cousin and her husband, went back to her place with them and played cards and had a few beers. Even more fun later that night :-) We picked her kids up Sunday and hung out with them most of the day as it was an awesome day outside. Her kids are really great. More great times Sunday night, and I left Monday morning.

Needless to say, I am going to see her again over Thanksgiving, going to spend the holiday with her and meet her family and stuff. I think this is just the start of something really great, but only time will tell. We are just both trying to be realistic and not go overboard, but she's is really awesome, not only just hanging out, but everything about her. So we'll see!!!!
