Villain in this hand has shown a propensity to bluff at flops, but also has been pretty passive pre in the few hands leading up to this hand. I got my stack by two key call-bluffs vs. him, as in calling with the intention of bluffing back a later street with air and succeeding.

In this hand, the board is drawy but only gets uglier. I have excellent showdown value, but I'm also top chip, should I just call him down or just back down and keep enjoying the lead as in waiting for a better spot?

Also, any thoughts on betting the flop this one time he showed aggression pre, so I could release etc.?

fold, much better spots than this.

I don't see any reason to bet the river card in all honesty, I think the flop check is standard, but I think villain has XXcc or Qx enough here (obiously there's the kings that out kick us as well) where we fold and look for a better time to get all his chips in the middle.

EZ fold, what are you beating besides air?

And for that reason, why did you bet river? If you think he will fire missed clubs, then c/c. 6x and 77-JJ are nowhere near enough of his calling range to b/f here.

i fold turn easily just because he may play air a decent amount we still need slightly more than a bluff catcher on a ultra wet turn to lead out we just don't beat much at all imo

Thanks for the replies guys. I snapped the river fwiw, and villain showed a naked ace of clubs for the missed bd draw.

Gotta consider myself lucky on this one, but lesson learned!
