You're actually fine as-is Andre, Manny Malhotra and MA Bergeron aren't in Yahoo's system so you're light a player.

Why would Malholtra not be in? That's awful.

If GM's want to leave spots on their roster open until certain specific players that they drafted on ESPN are added to Yahoo's system, I'll award them the player when he's added. If the GM decides to fill the spot in the meantime with another player, then they lose their rights to the player they drafted and will have to get them through standard Free Agency or Waivers like anyone else.

I can't do it that way unfortunately, I can only give you 26 players to start out, max. Whichever 26 you want from the team you currently have on ESPN. IR adjustments will have to be made via Waivers.

fyi, right now yahoo lists 3 wing spots and 3 forward spots. we drafted with 6 forward spots.

We did that because ESPN doesn't offer a wing spot, 3 W and 3 F is what we had last year but I can try to change it if it's a big problem for most.

Will I need to drop anymore players since I have 2 guys on IR for ESPN? If so drop Nylander and Stortini in that order. Oh, and thats after Kreps is dropped since we have to trim by one to begin with.

You only needed to drop Nylander and Kreps to get under, still have Stortini.

I don't think it should even be up for discussion. that's how it was when we drafted. just like no goalie mins.

I agree. I am short staffed on wingers and others are also probably. If you have to change the F position it should become Utility instead of Wingers IMO.

Also, eliminating the Bench position messes up anybody who has more than 2 goalies since the extra goalie will eat up a roster spot.

If i still need to drop a player i'll drop Raffi Torres.

I think I need to just drop Aaron Asham and I should be good.

I had put Fleishmann on IR and picked up Morreau. To recreate that on Yahoo, drop Morreau from my team and when the league is started I'll put FLeishmann on the Yahoo IR and pick up Morreau.

If I haven't heard by tomorrow around noon I'll have to go with what I have and they'll have to let me know. Reason for this is that the league is set up for all available players to go to Waivers (2 days) and I need to make sure everyone can make there desired changes before the season opens.

OK, I don't understand why we can't use our IR spots to get to the right number of players, but nobody has brought this up really and we are basically almost through to getting the opening night roster finalized...so please disregard my mini-beef...
