New:
Modern Family - getting good reviews, looks funny.
The Forgotten - hopefully this Christian Slater show has some legs but I have be honest, not too excited about another cop drama
Flash Forward - I'm iffy on this one but I'll give it a few weeks to hook me.
The Middle - good reviews and a vehicle for the Janitor so I'll give it look.
Community - wasn't impressed with the pilot but there's some potential there so I'll give it some time.
It's always sunny - friggin hilarious.
Sons of Anarchy - like I need to explain.

Returning:
How I Met Your Mother - I'm just in it for Barney and Marshall. Ted is a whining bitch.
Big Bang Theory - nerds and Caley Cuoco.
Fringe - I enjoy it, but we need to advance the over arching story along a bit.

Not interested:
Knocked Up Accidentally on Purpose - saw the movie and it'll be terrible as a sitcom.
Hank - despite an awesome title I'm not really interested in seeing Kelsey Grammar play another erudite elitist trying to fit in with us regular folk.

sure there's some i'm overlooking...

I watched the comedy with Dharma from Dharma and Greg. I actually liked it.

Premise: Dharma (older) gets knocked up by a dude (early-mid 20's). They move in with each other as roommates and not as a couple.

Flash Forward looks interesting, its from the creators of LOST if im not mistaken, which means I will be hooked and years later i think i might have a shot to figure out what the hell is going on.

Big Bang Theory- I love this show so much this is a must watch.
Voldemort
Modern Family is hilairious.

I recorded a couple new things tonight, skipped modern family damn.

Eastwick was stupid don't watch it.

I also recorded The Forgotten with Christian Slater... will watch it tomorrow.
Mercury69
Survivor
Dexter
Hockey
Baseball playoffs

Weeds, because I'm in Canada

On the lookout for interesting stuff, but I'm really leery of stuff that isn't cable.
SBriand
Will watch Flash Forward. I think that will be the only new show I will get into this season, nothing else piqued my interest. Maybe Community if it gets better.

Back to watching:
Office
HIMYM
Castle
Bones
House
Survivor

Catching up:
With Fringe on DVD right now. Started watching it last year and missed a couple eps and decided to wait till DVD to get back into the story line. Have about 4 eps left and the new season show(s) on DVR waiting.
Jadaki
I haven't seen many new shows that look interesting, so I'm just waiting for word of mouth and then I'll play catchup if they are good.

Otherwise I'm watching Dexter, Californication, House, and Dollhouse.

I've got fogotten and mf on dvr waiting for me.

I saw an article about eastwick and though "well, that movie came out 20 yrs ago, way to strike while the iron is hot."

less than zero interest.

Nvrquit
whens breaking bad coming back?
Governator
Kenny vs Spenny is coming BACK! Season 6, November. Canadian show but has been on comedy central I think last couple seasons.

yeah I just recorded everything that said "pilot." I knew when I saw Rebecca Romijn's name in the description that it was going to be bad. It actually has a good premise, but it needs to be a drama/mystery show, not comedy. Also, the villain is horrible.

I just watched The Forgotten, I liked it. They are a volunteer group that investigates murders where the victim is unidentified. The only thing I didn't really like is that the group pulls a lot of clues out of their asses, but I guess that happens on all detective shows

just watched forgotten and forget it.

as tanner said the leaps in reasoning to arrive at, of course, the correct conclusion are insulting to anyone that appreciates a who dunnit. I think even worse than most cop shows.

i.e when discussing the pitchfork tattoo "who gets a devil tattoo, high school kids who have a devil mascot." I was just dumbfounded at that wild friggin leap that of course leads them right where they needed to go

I think this is at least in part to basically trying to solve two mysteries (who is it and who did it) in one hour.

also somewhat cliched and formulaic in characters and their backstory, don't see it sticking around long which is too bad because I like Slater.

Mercy 8:00 on Wed on NBC

don't watch it.

Michelle Trachtenberg in a hospital with 2 other good looking chicks and a gay guy. This show is unwatchable for guys, and good for chicks who like crappy TV. The chicks are hot, but so are chicks in any chick flick.
king_tanner
Just watched Trauma. You guys should give this one a watch, I thought it was really good.
