I came in 2nd to Tactical Bear in the Sickie League though there was minimal money on the line.

I also came in 2nd in a work league for some decent money....mostly because every Charger scored Friday night except Vincent Jackson! That and Tony Gonzalez laid an egg.

My work league really shit the bed. I lost to a team that started Garrard, Bradshaw, and Ward. The guy ran like Jesus the last few weeks. Meanwhile Driver, Ricky Williams, Reggie Wayne (I had to start him in this league), Michael Bush (Pick up because DeAngelo was out), and my D/ST get me a combined 8 points.

Just can't call it a super bowl win yet!!!

I was up effectively 200 yards and 3TD's. Other guy has AP and Shiancoe. First half went perfect.
Since both guys have gotten a TD and have like almost 100 yards total.

So I'm still in good shape up 100 yards and a TD going into the 4th....but just can't put the season to total rest.

Edit: OMFG, w/ the peterson 2nd TD, it put my opponent down only 5 points. Thank goodness shaincoe is out.
C'mon bears, FG to win one TIIIIIIIIIME!!!!

I had a legitimate fantasy football moral crisis tonight. I was in the championship game, with an 11 point league, and my opponent only had johnny knox to play ( It's a deep league.. 12 teams, 2rb, 2 wr and 2 flex). When he got injured, my first reaction was "YES!"..but.. the bears are my favorite team, so I was in the disgusting position of actually being happy the best young wide reciever the bears had got injured, so I'd clinch the fantasy championship. I instantly felt guilt afterward, but my reaction was what it was. Fantasy is fun, and makes me enjoy the league, as a whole, more.. but I think it can erode fandom of an individual team, and being in a position where you root against your own players is just a crappy place to be in.

I find myself doing the same thing. When the other teams in our redzone I'm talking to myself, "OK, if they're going to score at least let it be <enter underachieving players name here>."

Good thing Knox isn't the best young WR on their team! He might even be 3rd. He was a complete non factor in that game even before the injury. A decent deep threat, not much else.
