Live 3/6 LHE FR game. Villian is waaayy laggy. Raising every preflop hand he plays (about 80%), any ace, any pair, any face, any posistion. Straddles every blind. But most annoyingly he has been getting luckier than Jamie Gold at hitting boards. Previous hand he took down a 20 bb pot with 7 2 by hitting a set on the river.
Villian is 2 seats to my left.
Hero is UTG w/AKs.
Hero raises, villian 3 bets, all fold, bb calls, hero caps. villian, bb call.
Flop: Qs 5s 2h
Hero bets, villian raises, bb folds, hero 3 bets, villian caps, hero calls.
Turn: 2d
Hero bets, villian raises, hero....?
Villian could have anything on flop. A pair, he could be going for the flush like me, or a straight. He is almost impossible to read. I absolutely have no idea where I could be in the hand. Do I 3 bet? Check/call down? Fold? Well probably not fold since the pots so big, right?
I like playing laggy players when I have a made hand, but when I miss like this I'm totally lost.
Little help please?

I'd go for the cap... In the even you miss on the river, you can just call down one last bet and see his hand. If you do hit, the way you describe the villain, you might be able to cap the river as well. Cap the turn, and depending on the river card, play accordingly. You will be good most of the time if you hit your A or K, and you might even be good with KA high. I cap the turn.
Edit: I know that you only 3 bet here, but the way he's been playing, it will be capped for sure.

Let him be a lag tard. C/c the turn and river UI, put money in when we hit.
Getting aggro with marginal hands on the turn is not the best way to deal with lagtards.
