Do you play this any differently? Villain was playing laggy in a small sample.

I'd consider 3betting him pf. Apply pressure in position and widen your 3betting value hands. Raise bigger on the flop, there are a few ways for open ended straights and a flush draw. And it makes your turn shove a lot easier to call when it's only 3/4 pot instead of a full pot.

agree 3 bet CO with AQ we almost every time have position postflop. and yes shove top two and pray for AX with a flush draw

Agree with most of what is said. Buy in full. Definitely easy three bet here. I probably raise slightly larger on the flop to at least $1.20.

On the turn shoving is obviously fine. Other plays I don't mind are checking and shoving the river, or betting small here on the turn to price him in for your stack (Giving the carrot).

+1...I don't hate not 3betting prf either but you should raise more on flop.

Make it .60 preflop.

as played, make it 1.40ish on the flop. the rest plays itself.

As played turn shove is fine
