So I dunno my stats super well, but I think I'm something like 24-27/16-19/2-3 at 6 max from 10nl up through 25nl.
I feel like I can prolly tighten up my limping a bit but that's not what I'm concerned with this thread. I'm wondering if maybe I'm a bit too loose UTG (like I said I don't have positional stats so I dunno for sure) or UTG+1/MP (whatever you call it), because I'm opening this a lot depending on game flow obv, but pretty much everytime if it's a normal table of fish, and I dunno if that's really a great idea. Mind you I'm talking about 25nl in general but I don't have my roll on a site ATM.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (MP) ($9.69)
CO ($5.06)
Button ($8.13)
SB ($2.43)
BB ($5)
UTG ($5.21)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J, K
1 fold, Hero bets $0.20, 4 folds

Total pot: $0.12 | Rake: $0

You can swap in QTo, JTo, KTo, etc. Is it better to raise these hands 2/3, 1/2, 1/3, etc, if the table isn't super passive or super aggro? I'm probably raising them like 90+%. Also, if it's fine or needs to be scaled back (either way), should I also be raising (or not) hands like A8o, A6o, etc? I feel like I almost NEVER raise an unsuited ace under AT UTG/MP, but that seems stupid since I'm raising KJo, etc, which is just as easily dominated.

Give or take a hand or two based on the table, I will open AJ+ KQs and pp's UTG. MP I will add KQo AT maybe a few more if the table is generally nitty or folds to c-bets an absurd amount. CO I start adding a ton of stuff.

Kjo in this spot is bottom of the range, and I won't always be opening it.

depends a lot on your competition, though I rarely open to 4x online

KJ+ is good open from any position. Weak aces really aren't because they ARE dominated more often and it's harder to make top pairs. KJ has two solid possibilities, and it has straight potential, whereas A7/A8 is kind of hopeless from EP. Also it's harder to extract value from worse aces, whereas KJ can profit off everyone's favorite hand, QJ, as well as QT/KT. You just have to get used to bet/folding TP against solid players instead of bet/calling (unless it's some dumb minraise). If you don't feel like you can profitably open KJ+ from UTG at a 25nl game then it may be time to consider getting up.

IMO it's also a leak to open marginal suited aces from EP unless you're sufficiently deep and can take advantage of nut flush potential

I play UTG and UTG+1 with exactly the same range.

Personally I would hold off on RIO broadway cards in the early positions, and open with them (or sometimes over one limper depending on flow) in the CO or Button.

I think it's much better to use mid suited connectors or gappers in these positions. I.E. 8-6s, 9-7s, T-8s, J-9s, Q-Ts, K-Js, 76s, 87s, 98s, T9s, JTs, QJs, KQs

The lower suited connectors play much better in OOP situations since most outs you will be drawing to (when necessary) are clean in a majority of the situations. Plus, being suited not only adds power and playability, but if you're *only* playing the suited versions it tends to give you the proper frequency for playing them.

Also I stay away from any Axs under A9s... and only use A9s and ATs on tables where there are fishies that can't let go of A-4o and junk like that... which seems to be a ton of tables.

I'm gonna go ahead and ignore your questions.
UTG: 22-AA, AJo+ ATs+, QKS
UTG+1: all of utg + QK, KJs, ATo, QJs
CO: all of utg/utg+1 all suited connectors and gappers 46+ all connectors 78+, Axs, K9s+, Q9s+.
Button: If folded to me, basically any two cards, but blind dependent..long as they don't 3bet me a ton, I'll open a lotttt, then if people limped use the CO card range.

So play way loose in CO and button and way tight every where else. This range would make you like a 22/19ish type player.

You're opening range should depend a lot on the type of players you are playing against. Against loose-passive players you can open hands like ATo, KTo, QJo, etc in ep, because they make top pair a lot. Against tighter players, I start opening more suited connector type hands.

Whether or not your open KJo in MP is not going to make a big difference either way, how you play it post flop is way more important.
