So I am constantly frustrated when I look back at the "last hand" feature and the order of villains cards is completely different than the order in which they came out.

For example, their board read XX 89JQ X, they show down the straight, and it's a multiway pot so you're looking around the screen a someone else's board when it is exposed. So you go look at the last hand and it show for villain, QJ94T84. That being said, it sometimes has them in the exact order, but sometimes not.

I received this email back from Full Tilt.

Hello James,
Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.
Hole cards are visible at the showdown mainly to prevent collusion, and when a hand goes to showdown at our Razz, Stud Hi, and Stud Hi/Lo tables, each player's three hole cards are shuffled before they are revealed.
Most of our players like the shuffle feature as it prevents their opponents from viewing how they played their hands.
Having said that, we understand some players would rather not have their hole cards shuffled, and we'll consider making this feature optional in a future software release.
Thank you for letting us know how we can improve your online poker experience, and if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to contact us.

Clearly this did not answer my question. I have rewritten Full Tilt trying to get an answer, but I am impatient and thus, seeking any ideas from the wonderful few studs (pun, get it!?!!?) who post in this forum.

How would you want it if someone was trying to look at your hand history? Would you want your cards shuffled?

Ya I have no idea what the question is either.

I think he's saying that he saw the up cards get randomized too and is confused as to why that happens, this makes looking back at hands difficult.

Yes this... The up cards and the hole cards sometimes get randomized when you look back in the "last hand" feature. I'm okay with shuffling the hole cards, but the up cards should be in the same order and separated from the hole cards.

I'm going to try and get screen shots.
