Rakeback is illegal on the iPoker network. You need to find a good affiliate with a good start up bonus. Titan Poker has a shop, like Stars where you can buy cash with your points which is essentially a form of rakeback.

Everest Poker and Paddy Power poker also have shops but there is a cap on how much you can get each month
