New documentary on Tyson (in and outside of the ring). The movie is full of all the classic Tyson quotables, random crying, excellent story telling, rhyming etc. Mike should definitely release a motivational/autobiographical audio book a la Kenny Powers.
For those that have seen the movie, love/hate Tyson, post your reactions here (as well as your favorite Tyson quotes).
One of my favorite lines: "When I was falsely accused of raping that wretched swine of a woman, Desiree Washington, it was the most horrible time of my life, it was the most heinous day of my life... Saying that I was being a little brat and being promiscuous with the woman, I had done no such thing as took that woman's chastity at all... I may have taken advantage of women before, but I never took advantage of her."

this is a man who went from nothing to everything. biggest house in the east end of new york which 50 cent lives in now, tigers in his backyard to a man who punches a punching bag in las vegas for a lil bit of money to survive.

As someone who'll watch anything to do with Mike Tyson, I was looking forward to seeing this.
It was ok, but nothing really that I hadn't heard or seen before unfortunately (although not everyone will have watched virtually every interview/documentary/life-story/obscure clip on Tyson already, like I have, along with his fights obviously). The 'best' part would be his clear display of emotion while talking about Cus D'Amato. While it did help that Toback has obviously known Tyson for a long time, I wasn't that impressed with the direction of the whole thing either... it was a bit disjointed. Always good to see new Tyson footage though, so I'm not really complaining.
One thing though, I noticed his speech is at the very early stages of becoming slurred and slower. I know it's hardly surprising, being an ex-heavyweight boxer, but in my opinion it just goes to show that they really should get out before it's too late. He should never have been fighting after the Lewis fight (arguably a lot earlier than that of course)... and that's when a lot of the worst damage will have been compounded, just as Ali fought for too long. That's a great shame.

Great documentary. The part where he narrates whats going through his head in the moments leading up to the fight is just awesome.
