Seems ok to me. Not much value in raising at any point, but you're not about to throw aces away. Not sure what his river bet means, but he probably has a queen or nothing so just call.

Do we think he leads the flop with a Q? I think something like 87 is more likely.

I have no idea what this bizzaro line means so I probably just call river.

I'd have raised on the flop, if he comes over the top, you'll have to assume he has got a queen but if he just calls most likely he has a smaller pair.

That's exactly why raising the flop is bad. Do you really think he'll call a flop raise with a smaller PP? Raising the flop only gets you called by a Q. If he wants to bet three streets with a smaller PP, just let him. That's why position is so powerful.
